1 can organic chickpeas

2 TBSP tahini

1 TBSP lemon juice

1 TBSP chopped garlic

small handful fresh cilantro

1 tsp turmeric 

1 tsp lemon pepper

1/4 c. cashew milk

S&P to taste

*place all ingredients in a food processor, blend well.  Add more cashew milk or seasonings to taste.


1 small sweet potato

1 small redskin potato

fresh green beans, broccoli, cauliflower, or any fresh veggie on hand.

extra firm tofu (well drained, crumbled, as much as you want!)

chopped onion or scallions

1 TBSP chopped garlic

1 tsp turmeric

soy sauce and S&P to taste.

*chop potatoes, add to hot pan with some olive oil or vegan butter, garlic & onions.  Cook potatoes until semi soft, add fresh veggies.  Toss tofu with turmeric and add to pan.  Add soy sauce, S&P to taste, cook until done, stirring frequently.
